Thank you for choosing Beeline International Chess Academy. We are committed to providing high-quality chess coaching and educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

Course & Class Fees

Payments made for chess classes, coaching programs, workshops, tournaments, and other educational services are generally non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service.
  • Payment processed due to a technical error.
  • A class or program is cancelled by Beeline International Chess Academy and no suitable alternative is offered.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Student Cancellation

If a student chooses to cancel their enrollment after payment, the course fee is generally non-refundable. However, requests made before the commencement of the course may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the academy.

Missed Classes

Refunds or credits will not be provided for classes missed by the student. Where possible, the academy may arrange a makeup session or provide learning materials at its discretion.

Course Rescheduling

If a class or program is postponed or rescheduled by the academy, enrolled students will be offered an alternative schedule or other suitable arrangements.

Digital Content

Any digital learning materials, downloadable resources, recordings, or online course content provided by the academy are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
